I spend my time dealing with folks excuses on a day to day so i have looked into how much time we spend doing stuff as an average each month....


Each month in UK on average we do : you can guess which one fails at the bottom.

420 hours sat down, is it any wonder our bums are fat and cusioned...we obviously need it.

135 hours a month at work....go the workers, thats if you are a worker of course.  If not more time on your bum.

120 hours watching TV, obviously sat down building our big bums.

43 hours on the internet-on our behinds

40 hours driving, again on our bums. eating garage junk food most probs..."Dam little Chef" lol.

6.9 hours a month on Flakebook bigging our-selfs up and telling everyone how hard our PT session was.(good effort)

3.2 hours a month on fitness - 50 minutes a week on fitness the one thing that provides the energy for all the other activities in our day. The one thing that helps make you look good naked and helps you live longer and healthier for your kids.

So even though the UK average is just 50 minutes fitness a week- if this is you, the 
 who works and brings up kiddies. With only a handfull of spaire minutes i can help.

50 minutes fitness a week: i can ensure you no matter who you are you can get much fitter in just 50 minutes. Just by doing the right sort of training, which is high intensity interval like trainhard tabata and such like.

However you can spend more time and get in unbelievable shape, you give me three hours a week for fitness and i will give you an amazing physique...whats your excuse?
