Afghan to weight loss personal trainer

i am often told, its too hard, i cant do it i dont have the time etc etc. Below is my change within one year, after you have read this then tell me you cant do this... i dare ya.

Not long after this picture was taken whilst travelling from one patrol base to another our vehicle was involved in an IED (improvised explosive device) basically a roadside bomb.  Luckily nobody was killed, during that tour i was involved in stabilisation (helping the local nationals from Helmand province with infrastructure support, agriculture, education and irrigation.  Surviving the tour with just a sore neck and then serving with 9 Para Sqn Royal Engineers in woodbridge  until my time in the Army was Up.  During this time my Mom sadly passed away, its always a tough time losing your mom.  I then completed a number of courses in order to help me become a personal trainer, i was an army physical training instructor however it means nothing in civilian life.

Another thing you may not know, i have spent nearly every minute away from ladies at leisure gym learning about my trade by reading, weirdly in 18 years in the forces i read about 4-5 books, now i read a book a week on nutrition, motivation,fitness,weight loss, seo, adwords.  I have also completed a number of online courses on bootcamps, wordpress and google domination, all of which have helped me build and ammend my many websites.  Just 5 on the go at the moment, always building.
So this is my one year out of the forces anniversary, and i a run a struggling gym and personal training, however watch this space- trying to make the gym the best in the area.  some people who are just not good people have tried to make it harder than it should be, however we are still going and improving slowly on a small budget.

This isnt about blowing smoke up my jacksie, its about asking you to ask yourselves a question.  If you are struggling with weight and motivation and want to change your life in order to improve your health and self esteem, then why dont you?
"the only thing in your way is you" just think where you could be 12 months from today- you could look, feel, think totally differently.
And if you are thinking its ok for you, you have always been fit...you would be wrong.  Not only that i think i have had a pretty tough life, however i wont let my past influence my future (unless its in a positive fashion).
