This is the big idea...

Help for all ex Military from all 3 arms that are fed up of that middle age spread and being a bit of a fat.  A fitness plan designed solely for ex military that is based on the fitness standards of Army training.

For example when you first come back to us, we will test you at recruit standards and when you pass you recieve the trained t-shirt.

After that the standards get tougher and are:

PTI
Diver
Commando
Para

So eventually you will have passed the fitness standards of some of the toughest Army courses and got your fitness and shape back of potentially even better than when you where in..

Even those of us suffering with PTSD this tailored program can help take our minds of troubling stuff.

So we train you and it is progressive so there is no reason why you cant pass the Para standards at 30 or 40.

I passed them at 35 as champion Para, so what's stopping you?

Day 6 now and i have been a busy video blogger i have been talking about ....  all of the good stuff below.

Heya fitness tribe

The sun has finally peaked out from behind the clouds and the ground is starting to dry out.  And yes it's time to start thinking about getting that summer body.

Glenn Hill ex Army physical training instructor and bodymap trained personal trainer is unleashing his outdoor bootcamp in Chester park.  It's great and a sure fire way of having a great body in time for the summer.

It's no surprise that soldiers have six packs and great bodies, it's due to the amount of circuits we do.  My bootcamp is just that, pop down and try it.

Wednesday the 19th of March meeting in the park at 10.30am, you can come and try my circuit bootcamp for free.  Your kids can come and watch as long as they don't try and join in.

So it's great proven fitness in a good location and it's free, what's stopping you.

After this first one there will be a number each week, just like last year at different times to suit all groups
