This blog is all about improving function and flexibility and it can be done in less than 10 minutes with no stretching or painful pulling or pushing.

I will be displaying this magic for free from friday until monday at Bannatynes Gym in Chester le Street.

How Does it work?

Think about events like pain, loss of function and reduction in flexibility as brain events, your brain makes these things occur and worsen and improve them as it wishes.
